Barista Class

This 3-day training is designed for those who have no prior in coffee experience and would like to learn the techniques behind espresso making. This course is also ideal for home professionals who like to deepen their barista knowledge and skill . 

This class is limited to a maximum of 6 people to ensure that you get the one-on-one training experience. 

 

Class includes :

Coffee knowledge, espresso extraction techniques, workflow management, milk texturing, machine basic maintenance 

 

Class Schedule:

Start from 09.00 – 16.00 everyday (3 days).

Advance Sensory Evaluation

This course is to provide participants with a professional understanding of advance cupping and how to identify and differentiate coffee using SCA’s scoring system. 

A comprehensive 3-day training in which students will learn cupping and grading protocols, triangulation, as well as sensory and olfactory skills. This training is also ideal for baristas, roasters and coffee professional to develop their knowledge of sensory skill for specialty coffee 

 

Class Schedule:

Start from 09.00 – 16.00 everyday (3 days).

Basic Cupping 

This light-fun 3-hours class covers the importance of cupping for company and personal benefit, tasting coffee to evaluate it using an industry standard cupping sytem. 

 

 

Class includes :

Basic coffee knowledge, cupping and tasting various coffee samples, evaluate the results and discuss within the class 

 

Class schedule:

Start from 10.00 – 13.00 (3 hours).

IDR 350.000 per person

Advance Brewing

This 3-day training is designed for those who have no prior specialty coffee experience and would like to learn the technique behind manual brewing. This course is also ideal for home brewer or professionals who would like to deepen their manual brew skills.

Limited to maximum 6 people to ensure that you get the one-on-one training experiences.

 

Class includes :

Coffee knowledge, 7 element of brewing, brewing method, how to brew & brewing analysis.

 

Class schedule:

Start from 10.00 – 13.00 (3 hours).
